Sara has built a reputation as one of the UK's most respected business leaders, serving in executive and non-executive positions across the private, public and charitable sectors.
She has worked with major organisations facing complex challenges, helping them strengthen customer focus, improve culture and deliver sustainable long-term performance.
Today she serves as Non-Executive Director of BT Group plc and Chair of the Money and Pensions Service, leading work that impacts millions of people across the UK.
Her experience spans governance, transformation, customer strategy, regulation, inclusion and public policy.
Sara's story
Alongside her professional career, Sara has navigated her own experience of disability after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009.
Living with MS has shaped her perspective on leadership, resilience and inclusion. It has reinforced her belief that organisations achieve better results when they create environments where people can contribute fully and perform at their best.
Rather than defining her career, disability has strengthened her commitment to helping organisations unlock the potential that exists when barriers are removed and opportunity is expanded.
